Dr Liz Kelleher is the Clinical Director and founder of Elanamie Clinic. She has been practising aesthetic medicine for 15 years and has been a dentist for 30 (she doesn't look it).
Background
Liz holds a Master's (Distinction) in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary University of London, where she won the Grimaldi Prize for academic excellence. She is one of the most qualified aesthetic medicine practitioners in Ireland. Her undergraduate degree is in Dentistry from the National University of Ireland, with postgraduate qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
She founded Elanamie Clinic in 2014. The clinic moved to its current premises in the Watergold Building, Douglas, in 2022. In 2025, the clinic expanded into a second adjoining unit giving more space for our Regeneration practice. Liz delivers anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, and regeneration treatments, as well as leading the clinic's medical and clinical standards.
Non-surgical aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. The industry is fast-growing but remains relatively new and lightly regulated. Depth of knowledge, quality of care, and experience matter — both for results and for safety.

Continuing education
Liz is consistently active in training — both attending and delivering it. She runs LK Training for medical professionals interested in aesthetic medicine, and regularly attends international conferences and advanced product training.
